HO Loves Products: Final Sale Terms For all HO Loves products, marked as such on our site, all sales are final. These items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

If a product is defective within 30 days of delivery, we will replace it with the same item at no additional cost. Please contact our Customer Care team, providing details and photos of the defect for quick processing.

Due to the personal nature of our products, returns for reasons other than defects are not accepted. If you refuse delivery of an unopened package, you may return it to us, and we will process the refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
