Delivery Information

If upon receipt of your delivery you find that the box has been damaged, opened, or its contents are missing, please ensure that you take a photograph of the damaged packaging which should be emailed to us. If you are at home during the delivery write “Damaged/Opened/Missing content” and refuse the package when delivered by DHL/USPS.

Please note, due to an increase in doorstep piracy, as a small company, we are not able to take liability and responsibility for parcels that are stolen from unmanned or unsecure delivery locations. This includes homes with no secure delivery box, and apartment blocks with a shared entrance. Please ensure your delivery location is secure, or there is someone to accept your delivery.

We can only accept returns for refund within 14 days on unopened and unused items. Please contact customer.support@hotoctopuss.com to arrange a 14-day return.
